Yes. Accreditation is the core module required for an event to be set up, then you switch other modules on whenever you need them. Guest list, inductions, documents, vehicles, catering, accommodation, and artist advancing all share the same event state. Teams only see modules they have been assigned.

No. Crew and guests interact through signed links and one-time codes. Induction completion, guest-list tickets, and wallet passes all work without a login. Your team contacts (suppliers/vendors/partners) all get access to the team front end via a signed link, followed by a verification code when they come back using their email address to make it easy to finish up what they started.

Pricing is per event. The Free tier runs a full event with up to 5 team members. Pro is per month per event, unlocking unlimited users, wallet passes, Ada AI, and the full audit log.

Yes. Access is role-scoped and event-scoped. Supplier teams only see their own portal (their people, allocations, documents, and forms) while your event team keeps full control and only see the modules and elements they have permission for.

No event software makes you compliant, including AccredTix. The duty of compliance sits with the responsible person, and neither the Home Office nor the SIA endorses any third-party product. But if your event is in the enhanced tier, controlling the movement of individuals into, out of and within the site is one of the measures you will be asked about, and that is the job AccredTix does. Every approval and credential scan logged against a name and a timestamp.
